Hi, this is the home page of Yixin “Iris” Wang (王亦昕). She is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her primary research interests lie in empirical supply chain management and human-interactions in operations management. She has worked extensively with large-scale data, investigating how supply networks, public policy, and human interactions affect firm performance. She has collaborated with U.S. academic medical centers and conducted experiments with pharmacy retail chains in China to analyze data and propose solutions. Her research was honored with the 2022 M&SOM iFORM SIG Best Paper Award and received honorable mentions in several other paper competitions.
